please-neverforgettosmile: not really no, letting an eating disorder rule your life is letting the eating disorder control your body. therefore, you’re not in any control. to gain control of your body you need to concur all your demons. you need to trust yourself, and you have to learn that thin doesn’t mean you’re in control or happy.  What’s interesting is you ASSUMED the control was referring to eating disorders simply for my URL. It wasn’t. I make that very clear. But, simply because I put my URL, that’s a basic assumption. And thin CAN make you happier with yourself, because some people just can’t handle being overweight. Granted, everyone sees things differently, and thin isn’t everyone’s idea of beauty, but it is for some, and some people are extremely attached to their ED’s. Plus, it is a FORM of control. But, in general, this wasn’t directed at ED’s. Via You got me bewitched †
